If asking tech support for payware product, please attach your order ID. Only customers with legal copy of our product shall receive tech support.


-Clearly State Your Question/Problem

Instead saying "It doesn't show up", please try to describe the symptom holistically, and attach the Log.txt file if needed. For example "ZBAD v1.4 contains no building under X-Plane 11.50b6, Log.txt & scenery_packs.ini has been attached."


-Read Through User_Manual

In many cases, User_Manual.pdf or product description would be handy for troubleshooting.


-Check Your Inbox Regularly
